Job Title: Sales Executive - Tours and Travel

Location: Whitefield, Bangalore (WFH)

Experience: 2+ Years

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with a background in the tours and travel industry. The ideal candidate should have 2+ years of experience in travel sales, preferably with exposure to the UAE/Dubai market. This role involves developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets through B2B and B2C channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and direct customers.
  • Promote and sell holiday packages, inbound & outbound tours, visas, hotels, and other travel-related services.
  • Identify and generate new business leads through market research, cold calling, and networking.
  • Handle customer inquiries, bookings, and travel itineraries efficiently.
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and UAE/Dubai tourism industry developments.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional strategies and campaigns.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in travel & tourism sales.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE/Dubai travel market, visa services, and holiday packages is a plus.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and online booking systems.
  • Fluency in English
  • Experience in selling luxury travel, MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions), or inbound tourism is an advantage.
