Key Responsibilities:

Sales Training & Development:

Participate in the company’s sales training program to learn about products, services, and sales techniques.

Understand the company’s sales strategies, processes, and customer service standards.

Shadow experienced sales executives to gain practical exposure and insight into the sales process.

Customer Interaction:

Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate product recommendations.

Assist in conducting product demonstrations, sales presentations, and customer meetings.

Learn how to establish and maintain customer relationships to drive sales and build customer loyalty.

Sales Support:

Assist the sales team in generating leads, prospecting, and managing accounts.

Follow up with potential and existing customers via phone, email, or in person to close sales deals.

Assist in preparing sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.

Achieve Sales Targets:

Support the sales team in achieving individual and team sales targets.

Learn to manage sales performance and improve efficiency in closing deals.

Continuously track your performance and take proactive steps to meet sales goals.

Market Research & Analysis:

Conduct research to identify potential customers, market trends, and competitor activity.

Learn how to analyze customer requirements and position products effectively in the market.

Reporting and Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and transactions in the CRM system.

Provide weekly or monthly reports on sales progress, leads generated, and client feedback to senior management.

Assist in preparing and submitting sales reports to track performance.

Collaboration with the Sales Team:

Work closely with the senior sales team, marketing, and customer support to ensure seamless service delivery.

Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and sales strategy discussions.

Post-Sales Support:

Assist in resolving customer complaints and inquiries after a sale is made.

Ensure timely delivery and proper installation of products where applicable.
