Job Description
Job Summary
A Sales Field Executive is responsible for reaching out to customers with outstanding dues, negotiating repayment plans, and ensuring timely recovery of debts. This role requires field visits, customer interaction, and persuasive communication to secure payments while maintaining professionalism and compliance with company policies. The ideal candidate should have strong negotiation skills, persistence, and the ability to handle challenging situations effectively.
2. Customer Communication: Communicate with customers to negotiate payment plans and resolve disputes.
3. Skip Tracing: Conduct skip tracing activities to locate customers who have defaulted on payments.
4. Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on recovery activities and progress.
5. Compliance: Ensure that all recovery activities are carried out in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience in field sales, debt recovery, or collections.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of financial and credit regulations.
- Ability to work independently, travel extensively, and handle pressure.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in banking, NBFC, or financial services sector.
- Understanding of debt recovery processes and legal frameworks.
- Multilingual skills for dealing with diverse customers.
