We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic candidate to join our startup. We are providing an exciting opportunity for individuals who possess a passion for sales and a desire to deliver exceptional customer service. As a key member of our sales force, you will represent Hitchmachine and connect with customers to understand their needs, promote our diverse range of our machines for the wire harness industry, and help drive sales growth. Your primary function will be to fix meetings and arrange free demo to customers in Delhi-NCR.
This role offers flexible hours, making it an ideal fit for students or anyone looking to supplement their income. You will receive training on our product lines and sales techniques, equipping you with the necessary tools to succeed. Sales leads will be provided by us.
This is a commission based job in which you can work from home after getting your preliminary training. Earnings will be commission based and incentives plus bonus will be provided based on performance.
We are looking for someone who is eager to learn and capable of building strong relationships with clients.
Responsibilities
Create and manage the list of customers from internet and leads provided by the company.
Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products.
Maintain knowledge of product features, benefits, and competitive landscape.
Close the deal and process sales transactions accurately.
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
Requirements
Diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred but not required.
Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented approach.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends.
