Job Description
As a part of this role, you will be primarily responsible for generating leads, onboarding clients, and driving sales through direct field interactions. The position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where you will develop strong interpersonal skills and gain hands-on experience in sales and client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:Lead Generation:
- Identify and research potential clients through various channels such as market visits, networking, online platforms, and referrals.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective customers by analyzing market trends and customer needs.
- Use innovative strategies to attract and engage potential leads.
Client Onboarding:
- Act as the primary point of contact for new clients during the onboarding process.
- Provide clear and concise explanations about the products or services offered by the company.
- Assist clients with the setup, documentation, and activation of services to ensure a smooth transition into the system.
- Maintain high levels of client satisfaction by addressing any queries or concerns promptly.
Field Sales:
- Conduct field visits to meet prospective clients face-to-face, showcase products/services, and close deals.
- Present persuasive sales pitches tailored to each client's specific needs and requirements.
- Build strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships and repeat business.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by actively pursuing opportunities and closing deals.
Training and Mentorship:
- All necessary training will be provided to ensure you are equipped with the skills and knowledge required to excel in the role.
- You will receive mentorship from experienced professionals who will guide you in developing sales strategies, understanding customer behavior, and mastering negotiation techniques.
- Hands-on training will include product/service knowledge, lead management, sales techniques, and client interaction best practices.
- Skills: Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Attitude: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Experience: Prior experience in sales is a bonus, but freshers are welcome as long as they have a passion for sales and client interactions.
- Availability: Willingness to travel and work on the field.
