Key Responsibilities:
- Client Management
Client Acquisition: Identify and acquire new B2G clients through prospecting and lead generation.
Client Retention: Maintain strong relationships with existing B2G clients to ensure retention and satisfaction.
Client Support: Address and resolve client concerns promptly.
- Sales and Revenue
Sales Targets: Develop and execute plans to meet sales targets and revenue goals.
Proposals and Pitches: Prepare and present proposals, pitches, and presentations to potential clients.
Contract Negotiation: Negotiate terms and pricing to secure profitable deals.
Sales Strategy: Help develop sales strategies to drive business growth and expansion.
- Market and Industry Research
Market Research: Conduct research to find opportunities for growth in the B2G sector.
Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends and competitors for business insights.
- Collaboration and Communication
Marketing Collaboration: Work with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns for B2G client acquisition.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of products/services.
Networking: Attend events, conferences, and industry gatherings to expand the client base.
- Administration and Reporting
CRM Management: Use CRM systems to track and report on sales activities and opportunities.
Reporting: Provide regular reports on the sales pipeline, performance, and forecasts.
Required Qualifications:
● Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or a related field.
● Sales Performance: Ability to meet and exceed sales targets and revenue quotas.
● Communication Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
