Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Write compelling business proposals, project bids, and sales pitches tailored to client needs.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new business opportunities.
- Generate and qualify leads through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn networking, and industry events.
- Assist in building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective clients.
- Understand customer pain points and effectively pitch IT services and solutions to meet their business goals.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop strategic sales initiatives and proposal strategies.
- Maintain and update the database with accurate sales data, reports, and client interactions.
- Participate in client meetings, follow up on discussions, and drive conversions.
Requirements:
• Recently completed a Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for sales, business development, and client engagement.
• Basic understanding of IT services and solutions (preferred but not mandatory).
• Self-driven, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
