Profile: Management Trainee
Qualification: MBA/PGDM
Duration: 3 months
Stipend: INR 10,000 to INR 15,000+ Conveyance
Mandatory: Bike/Car & Driving License
Location: Gurgaon, Faridabad, Ghaziabad, Delhi, Noida, Greater Noida, Lucknow
Industry: Building Material & Architectural Material
Responsibilities:
· Representing & Promoting MRIDAYA Brand in the designated Territory through meeting with potential clients and partners.
· Responsible for generating the revenue in the designated territory.
· Visiting & Meeting with Architects, Interior Designers, Builders, Developers, contractors to generate business.
· Responsible for negotiating & closing the order with support from team.
· Following up with business leads & Referrals.
· Attending meetings (Visiting trade fairs, Events)
· Travelling to client location.
· Responsible to understand the product thoroughly.
· Must cover the assigned territory and identify the new project.
· Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to sales head.
· Develop and implement strategies to meet and surpass sales goals.
· Build relationships with stakeholders in the same industry.
· Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
· Handling customer questions, inquiries and complaints.
· Setting goals and developing sales strategies.
Requirements:
· Management Graduate having flavor of Sales & Marketing.
· Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use interpersonal skills.
· Active and well-rounded personal with command of selling skills and marketing skills.
· Passion for sales and marketing & our business mission.
· Good written and oral communication skills.
· Willing to Travel within territory.
· Able to communicate with High Network Income (HNI) Clients.
· Good Commercial Awareness.
· Good Entrepreneurship skills and understanding.
