Job Description
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Develop and qualify sales opportunities
2. Work on identifying key decision-makers
3. Promote company products and services through customer visits and tradeshows
4. Work on understanding customer requirements and establishing strong relationships
5. Handle inquiries and concerns
6. Prepare proposals and close the dealings
7. Work on meeting sales targets and maintaining accurate CRM records
8. Work on staying updated on market trends and customer needs
Required Skills/Abilities:
1. Strong verbal and written English communication skills
2. Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently
3. Team player comfortable with multitasking
4. Effective at initiating contacts and presenting to close sales
5. Ability to generate leads and build a business in a competitive market
6. Minimum 1-2 years of B2B sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
7. Working knowledge of HRMS software applications
8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
