Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Lead to manage our field sales team and drive business development efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals, acquiring new clients, and expanding our service portfolio. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on sales expertise in the technical services sector.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of field sales executives to achieve sales targets.
Set clear sales goals, monitor performance, and provide ongoing training and support. Develop and implement sales strategies to improve team effectiveness and productivity.
Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand Maksys’ customer base.
Build strong relationships with key decision-makers in companies that require technical services.
Develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to meet revenue targets.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
Field Sales & Client Engagement:
Actively engage with clients on-site to understand their technical service requirements.
Present Maksys’ solutions effectively to potential customers.
Ensure excellent customer service and resolve any client concerns promptly.
Reporting & Strategy:
Track sales metrics, prepare reports, and provide insights to improve sales strategies.
Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and lead generation initiatives.
Continuously identify areas for improvement in sales processes and execution.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience in field sales, business development, and team management.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coach a sales team.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Knowledge of the IT/technical services industry is an advantage.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and field sales activities.
