Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to target customers in the Battery and EV sector, focusing primarily on the Battery Companies and Two Wheelers and Three Wheelers
- Business Development: Identify and engage new prospects, build relationships with key decision-makers, and convert leads into business opportunities.
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and exploring opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date on market trends, emerging technologies, and competitors in the Battery and EV space to tailor sales approaches accordingly.
- Product Expertise: Be a subject matter expert on Data applications within the Battery and EV industry. Understand technical details and effectively communicate the value of our solutions to customers.
- Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with product development, marketing, and technical teams to align product offerings with customer needs and market demands.
- Sales Targets & Reporting: Achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs. Provide regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends.
- Customer Solution Development: Partner with customers to develop customized IoT solutions that align with their specific Battery/EV needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- 5+ years of sales experience in the Battery, EV, or related industries, with a focus on IoT solutions.
- Candidates with experience in Selling to the Battery / 2 wheeler segment will be a plus
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of IoT technologies and their applications in the Battery and EV industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
