Job Description
Role and responsibilities
1) Meeting Customers related to, Infrastructure & Construction Companies
2) New business development (Through Cold Calls, regular Client Visit)
3) Acquiring and retention of customers through regular follow-ups for requirements.
4) Finding opportunities for New Products and new Business areas.
5) Achieving market targets as per plans.
6) Competitor & potential market analysis
6) Spotting new business opportunities globally
8) Coordinating with Q.C, R& D, and Production departments to customize products according to clients' needs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
1) Developing a strong Customer database
2) Target Infrastructure companies, Builders, contractors and dealers
3) Develop a professional relationship with existing and future customer
4) Spend most of the sales time visiting or calling new /existing customers, and other target opportunities.
5) Achieve Monthly sales targets.
Desired Candidate Profile
1) Candidates with work experience in Industrial products, Infra products, Rubber Industry with a sales background or related sales experience will be preferred.
2) The candidate should be a thorough professional in maintaining office hours.
3) Employees are expected to meet customers regularly.
4) The job requires traveling to other states, and cities for client meetings
5) Employees are evaluated based on the performance of this job description, attitude at work, teamwork, and ability to achieve results.
