Commercial Real Estate and Real Estate expertise
Previous job Experience should be in Gurgaon Location only (Outsiders are not allowed)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Leadership and team management skills
Bachelor's degree Marketing, Real Estate, Business, or related field

Responsibilities:

Manage and lead a team of real estate sales agents
Set sales targets and develop sales strategies
Monitor performance and provide coaching and training to sales agents
Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
Ensure compliance with real estate regulations and ethical standards
