Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company revenue and growth objectives.

Team Leadership and Management:

Lead, motivate, and coach the sales team to improve their performance and meet sales goals.

Conduct regular team meetings, provide training, and develop team members' skills.

Assign sales territories and accounts to team members to maximize coverage and efficiency.

Evaluate individual and team performance, providing constructive feedback and guidance.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Work with the customer service and account management teams to resolve issues and address client concerns promptly.

Meet with clients in person or via phone and email to understand their needs, negotiate deals, and close sales.

Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize customer value.

Sales Forecasting and Reporting:

Prepare and maintain regular sales forecasts, tracking performance against targets.

Generate detailed sales reports to provide insights into the team's performance, trends, and areas for improvement.

Analyze sales data and metrics to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for growth.

Present sales performance reports to senior management, highlighting key achievements and challenges.

Collaboration with Other Departments:

Work closely with marketing, product, and customer service teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution of sales strategies.
