Job Description

Must have more than 5 years of experience in sales management. Should possess good communication skills and should be able to find new distributors. Must have good communication skills with better understanding of customers' demand.

Responsibilities

Set sales targets and develop strategies to achieve them

Manage and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
