Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and drive sales for our 360° Digital Marketing & Technology services. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales, business development, and client relationship management, with expertise in digital marketing solutions, technology services, and SaaS-based products.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients for digital marketing (SEO, PPC, social media, branding) and technology services (CRM, ERP, website development, mobile apps, software solutions).
- Identify and pursue business opportunities in various industries to expand the company’s client base.
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, email marketing, and social media outreach.
- Conduct meetings and presentations to pitch services and solutions to potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term business partnerships.
- Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to develop customized solutions for clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while achieving revenue and sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
- Proven track record in sales and business development, preferably in digital marketing and technology solutions.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing services such as SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and content marketing.
- Knowledge of technology services including website development, CRM, ERP, mobile app development, and SaaS products.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and lead a sales team to achieve targets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales management software.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field is preferred.
