SALES MANAGER - Real Estate
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITY -
· Sales Manager - Real Estate , will be responsible for real estate sales, revenue strategies, marketing, training.
· The Prime role is to sell high end luxury residential and commercial projects.
· The role involves around to build and preserve trusting relationships with our premier customers.
· Doing site visits, creating a research report as per the need of clients and suggest clients the perfect project for their requirement.
· Create listing and sales checklists, and manage the team for goal accomplishment, Transaction Coordination, Mortgages.
· Excellent leadership, customer service.
· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
· Ability to multitask, work in an environment where frequent interruptions may occur.
· Ability to lead while working collaboratively and independently.
· Management ability with team members, clients, and vendors.
· Strong leadership qualities; ability to supervise, train and motivate staff. Computer skills, including but not limited to Microsoft Office Suite, e-mail, Facebook, Twitter, WordPress and more.
· Some flexibility to work schedule, but must be able to work throughout of week.
EXPERIENCE – 8-10 YEARS
QUALIFICATION – ANY GRADUATION
Location - Bangalore
Notice Period - Immediate to 15 Days only
