If Experience in BD then above and below mentioned skills require:

Must have a skill of Proposal presentation, negotiation and close the deals independently.
He should have a skill of Cross sale and Up sales.
Lead Qualification & work closely with Presales team and make sure about solution presentation as per customer requirements.
Must be able to build the sales strategy on each account to close the deals.
