Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales/Marketing Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for both driving sales and creating marketing strategies to expand the company’s customer base and increase brand visibility. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, a creative mindset, and the ability to develop and implement successful marketing campaigns.

Identify and generate new business opportunities through research, networking, and prospecting.

Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients.

Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets and business goals.

Prepare and maintain sales reports, forecasts, and other relevant documentation.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify sales opportunities.

Provide after-sales support, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Marketing Responsibilities:

Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to promote the company’s products/services.

Manage and update content on the company’s website and social media platforms.

Coordinate and execute promotional events, trade shows, and webinars.

Analyze market data to identify target audiences and refine marketing efforts.

Work with the creative team to develop marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and email campaigns.

Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and customer demands.

Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven experience in sales and/or marketing, preferably in a B2B environment.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Knowledge of digital marketing, social media platforms, and SEO strategies.

Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
