Job Description
The candidate is expected to approach the new ongoing and under construction Apartments/Villas and meet the project marketing executive and also the flat owners and introduce our Interior Design company and try to convince them to use our services.
its under the decision of the candidate on which project to focus, and make a strategy of his/her own.
NOTE : There will be very good incentive on Project Closings.( can also go upto 4 times of salary)
Candidate must know Telugu , Hindi and English. Also , the candidate must have some interior industry knowledge
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales and Lead Generation:

Identify potential clients through cold calling, networking, referrals, and market research.

Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by promoting and selling products or services to new and existing customers.

Conduct client visits, presentations, and product demos as required.
2. Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers by offering professional support and after-sales service.

Understand client needs, provide customized solutions, and maintain client satisfaction.

Collect feedback from clients to improve service delivery and address concerns promptly.
3. Marketing & Branding:

Execute marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels to increase product awareness and drive traffic.

Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials like brochures, banners, flyers, and social media posts.

Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to generate business opportunities.
4. Market Research & Strategy:

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing strategies, and customer behavior.

Provide insights to the management team and suggest new strategies or improvements.

Identify untapped markets and potential business verticals.
5. Reporting & Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, lead status, and campaign performance.

Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on targets achieved, market updates, and sales progress.

Use CRM tools or spreadsheets to manage leads and follow-ups efficiently.
