Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct field marketing activities to promote FMCG products.
- Generate leads and acquire new retail stores, wholesalers, and distributors.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to increase sales.
- Conduct product demonstrations, promotional campaigns, and sampling activities.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Gather market feedback, competitor analysis, and customer insights.
- Ensure proper product placement, visibility, and branding in retail outlets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional strategies.
