Job Description
Role Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Marketing Executive to expand Our presence in the Kozhikode region. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, maintain customer relationships, and drive the revenue growth in a line with our vision of providing state-of-the-art ICT and broadband solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development:
- Identify and acquire new customers for our services, including MPLS VPN, Internet Leased Line, and dark fiber leasing.
- Explore the opportunities in the enterprise, SME, and government sectors
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand competitors in the North Kerala region.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure retention and satisfaction.
- Serve as a point of contact for customer queries and provide timely resolution.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure the feasibility and implementation of solutions.
- Coordinate with Territory teams for lead generation campaigns and events.
Qualifications and Skills
- Education (Preferred) : Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in related field.
- Experience: 0–2 years of experience in sales/marketing, with a proven track record in achieving targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Knowledge on IT & ICT services
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
