1. Aggressively drive the sales numbers and achieve the business targets for the home loans.

2. Maximize the sales through a builder channel and manage effective relationships to ensure a strong business.

3. Align with the team on ground lead generation activities for the Sales.

4. Ensure compliance to all Audit / NHB regulations as well as the processes, policies and reports as per company designed systems.

Desired Candidate Profile:

1. MBA fresher candidates with Home Loan & sales knowledge.

2. Min 6 months home loan sales experience for graduate candidates.
