Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
- Identify and approach potential customers, businesses, and clients to generate sales.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Handle direct sales, cold calling, and customer inquiries to expand business opportunities.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and after-sales support to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Address customer queries and concerns, ensuring quick resolutions.
Market Research & Analysis:
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Provide insights to management on customer preferences and industry developments.
Product Promotion & Negotiation:
- Promote company products/services and demonstrate their value to potential buyers.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms with clients to close deals.
- Work with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and materials.
Sales Reporting & Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, customer interactions, and market feedback.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to management.
- Utilize CRM software to track leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
