Job Description

We require sales person urgent. You have to sell field flats and have to work in any place in Palnadu, Krishna , Guntur, Ntr districts and the candidate must pass 10th class and have the experience atleast 6 months.

Responsibilities:

Prospect and generate leads through various channels such as networking, cold calling, and marketing strategies

Conduct property showings and provide clients with detailed information and assistance

Negotiate contracts and terms of sale to meet the needs of both buyers and sellers

Assist clients in completing necessary paperwork and ensure a smooth transaction process

Stay informed about market trends, new developments, and changes in the real estate industry

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals

Skills:

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
