Roles

  • Product Promotion: Actively engage with customers to introduce products features, if any promotions applicable, need to inform the promotion offers.
  • Demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations to attract attention and encourage purchases.
  • Merchandising: Ensure that the promoted products are displayed attractively and stocked appropriately on shelves or promotional stands.
  • Sales Drive: Aim to meet or exceed sales targets set by the company or brand.

    • Responsibilities

  • Educate Customers
    • Explain product features, pricing, and benefits clearly.
  • Monitor Stock Levels
    • Keep track of the inventory of products.
    • Coordinate with store staff to Re-fill stock when required.
  • Build Relationships
    • Maintain a friendly and professional relationship with customers.
    • Collaborate with store staff to ensure smooth operations.
  • Gather Customer Feedback
    • Collect feedback regarding the product and share it with the company.
    • Identify and report common customer concerns or questions.
  • Provide Reports
    • Track daily sales and submit reports to the supervisor or management.
    • Note trends and customer preferences to improve promotional strategies.
  • Comply with Store Policies
    • Adhere to the rules and regulations of the supermarket.
    • Follow safety and hygiene guidelines, especially when dealing with products.
