Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of financial products, including credit cards, health insurance, life insurance, and overdraft services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and a strong understanding of financial products.

Responsibilities:

Proactively seek out and identify potential clients through various channels such as networking, referrals, cold calling, and attending industry events.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing them with exceptional service and support throughout the sales process and beyond.

Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' financial goals and objectives, and recommend suitable financial products and services to meet their needs.

Present and explain the features and benefits of our financial products and services to potential clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.

Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to potential clients, ensuring accuracy and professionalism at all times.

Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives on a regular basis, consistently striving to maximize sales opportunities and revenue generation.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' offerings to effectively position our products and services in the marketplace.

Collaborate with internal teams, such as product development and marketing, to provide feedback and insights from clients, contributing to the continuous improvement of our offerings.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, sales activities, and pipeline management using our CRM system.

Continuously enhance sales skills and knowledge through ongoing training, professional development, and staying informed about industry regulations and compliance requirements.
