Key Responsibilities

Sales & Lead Generation
- Identify and reach out to potential customers through calls, emails, or in-person meetings.
- Understand customer needs and present tailored product or service solutions.
- Generate qualified leads and follow up to close deals.

Client Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Handle inquiries, address concerns, and provide excellent customer service.
- Ensure repeat business and referrals from satisfied customers.

Product Knowledge & Market Research
- Stay updated on product/service offerings, features, and industry trends.
- Analyze competitor strategies and market trends to optimize sales approaches.
- Provide customer feedback to help improve sales strategies.

Sales Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Maintain sales records, reports, and CRM database updates.
- Track sales targets, conversions, and revenue performance.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management.

Negotiation & Closing Deals
- Present pricing, promotions, and discounts effectively.
- Handle objections and negotiations professionally.
- Close sales efficiently and ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
