Job Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Team Leader to manage and guide a team of sales professionals. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, sales expertise, and the ability to drive team performance to achieve sales targets. This role involves coaching, monitoring sales performance, and strategizing to improve revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities
1. Team Management & Leadership
- Supervise and motivate a team of sales representatives.
- Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and ensure achievement.
- Conduct regular training sessions and mentorship to improve team skills.
2. Sales Strategy & Target Achievement
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Work with the management team to develop sales plans and forecasts.
3. Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Track and monitor individual and team sales performance.
- Provide timely reports on sales activities, revenue, and market feedback.
- Identify areas of improvement and provide actionable insights.
4. Customer Relationship & Business Development
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Support sales representatives in closing high-value deals.
- Assist in lead generation, networking, and business expansion.
5. Process Improvement & Collaboration
- Improve sales processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Coordinate with marketing, customer support, and product teams to align goals.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
