Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy and Planning:

Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue and expand market share.

Monitor the sales pipeline and make adjustments to tactics as necessary to meet objectives and overcome obstacles.

Work with the management team to align team goals with the overall company’s sales strategy and objectives.

Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust sales approaches accordingly.

Training and Development:

Train and onboard new sales team members, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and skills to succeed.

Continuously coach team members on sales techniques, product knowledge, objection handling, and customer relationship management.

Conduct regular performance reviews with individual team members to provide feedback, identify areas for improvement, and set development goals.

Organize ongoing professional development opportunities for team members to keep their skills current and effective.

Monitoring and Reporting:

Track and analyze team performance, including sales results, activity levels, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.

Provide detailed sales reports to management, including performance metrics, sales forecasts, and updates on key initiatives.

Customer Relationship Management:

Sales Target Achievement:
