Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated Sales Trainee to join our dynamic team in the solar energy sector. This role will involve learning and developing sales strategies to promote solar solutions for residential and commercial customers. - Assist in identifying and generating the leads for potential residential and commercial clients. Support the sales team in preparing presentations and proposals for solar projects.
- Conduct market research to understand the industry trends and competitor offerings.
- Participate in customer meetings and presentations to convey the benefits of solar energy solutions.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate project specifications and feasibility studies.
- Learn to handle customer inquiries and provide information on products and services.
- Maintain customer relationship management (CRM) systems to track sales activities and client interactions.
- Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Environmental Science, or a related field (preferred).
- Strong interest in renewable energy and sustainability.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
