Responsibilities:
Design and deliver training programs to enhance sales skills, product knowledge, and selling techniques.
Collaborate with sales managers to identify training needs and develop training materials and curriculums.
Conduct training sessions for new hires and ongoing skill development for the sales team.
Provide coaching and support to sales representatives to help them achieve their targets.
