Job Description

Help people to plan and arrange their trips, whether for business or pleasure. Some of their responsibilities include:

Researching travel options: Talk to clients about their needs and preferences, and then use vendor databases to find travel options.
Creating itineraries: Create personalized itineraries based on clients' interests, preferences, and budgets.
Making reservations: Book reservations for flights, hotels, rental cars, and other travel arrangements.
Advising clients: Advise clients on local customs and attractions, and provide information about required documents and entry requirements.
Handling changes: Make alternative arrangements if there are changes to a client's travel plans, such as canceled flights or hotel issues.
Providing follow-up: Follow up with clients about their travel plans and make any necessary adjustments.
Meeting sales targets: Meet sales targets and report to head office.
