Job Description
We are hiring entry-level Salesforce Administrator on behalf of a leading Salesforce Global System Integrator (GSI), looking to expand its Salforce Practise with talented entry-level Salesforce Administrator in key Indian cities.
Role: Salesforce Administrator
Employment Type: Hybrid (2 days in the office, three days remote)
Salary Range: INR 4.5 to INR 6 LPA
About the Role:
As a Salesforce Administrator, you'll be configuring, managing, and improving the Salesforce platform to meet business needs. You'll join a dynamic team leveraging Salesforce's capabilities to drive success.
Skills Required:
Must have a Salesforce Administrator certification.
Comprehensive knowledge of Salesforce features and functionalities.
Skilled in managing Salesforce data effectively.
Ability to manage user roles, profiles, and permissions.
Skilled in customizing Salesforce to enhance business processes.
Strong problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce issues.
Excellent communication skills for training and supporting Salesforce users.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Oversee the Salesforce platform, ensuring optimal functionality.
User Support: Manage user accounts and provide end-user support and training.
Data Integrity: Maintain the accuracy and cleanliness of Salesforce data.
Custom Reports and Dashboards: Develop custom reports and dashboards for business insights.
Project Collaboration: Collaborate on Salesforce projects, gathering requirements and implementing solutions.
