Job Description

We are looking for a talented Salesforce developer to design world-class Salesforce applications for our evolving CRM requirements. As a Salesforce developer, you will be responsible for developing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. You will also analyze project objectives, create customer workflows, and troubleshoot errors.

To ensure success as a Salesforce developer, you should have extensive experience working with Salesforce CRM platforms, application development skills, and the ability to solve complex software problems. Ultimately, a top-class Salesforce developer can create dynamic and scalable Salesforce applications that meet the changing needs of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Custom Development & Configuration

Design and develop customized solutions in Salesforce using Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning components (Aura/LWC), and workflows.
Customize Salesforce objects, fields, layouts, record types, and validation rules based on business requirements.
Implement automation using Flows, Process Builder, and Approval Processes.
Configure Salesforce applications to support business operations across Sales, Service, and Marketing Cloud.

2. Integration and API Development

Integrate Salesforce with internal and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and middleware platforms like MuleSoft or Dell Boomi.
Develop and maintain custom interfaces between Salesforce and other platforms (ERP, web applications, data warehouses, etc.).
Ensure secure, scalable, and efficient data exchange between systems.

3. Data Management

Manage data migration, data cleansing, and data transformation using tools like Data Loader, Workbench, and ETL solutions.
Ensure data integrity and optimize data models for performance.
Develop reports and dashboards to support business intelligence and decision-making.

4. Collaboration and Project Delivery

Collaborate with business analysts, administrators, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver optimal solutions.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Provide estimates, timelines, and progress updates for assigned tasks and development work.

5. Testing and Deployment

Write and execute unit tests and integration tests to ensure code quality and compliance.
Maintain high code coverage and follow Salesforce best practices for development and deployment.
Use tools like Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Copado, Gearset) for version control and automated deployment.

6. Support and Maintenance

Provide ongoing support, troubleshoot technical issues, and resolve bugs or performance bottlenecks.
Monitor system performance and suggest enhancements or optimizations.
Stay current with Salesforce releases and evaluate new features for implementation.
