Job Description

We are looking for a talented Salesforce developer to design world-class Salesforce applications for our evolving CRM requirements. As a Salesforce developer, you will be responsible for developing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. You will also analyze project objectives, create customer workflows, and troubleshoot errors.

To ensure success as a Salesforce developer, you should have extensive experience working with Salesforce CRM platforms, application development skills, and the ability to solve complex software problems. Key Responsibilities

Salesforce Development & Customization

Design, develop, and maintain custom applications on the Salesforce platform.
Develop and customize Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lightning components.
Implement and configure workflows, validation rules, and approval processes.

Integration & Data Management

Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware like Mulesoft, etc.).
Manage data migration, ETL processes, and database modeling.
Ensure data security, deduplication, and performance optimization.

Testing & Deployment

Perform unit testing, debugging, and code reviews to ensure high-quality development.
Deploy changes using Salesforce DevOps tools like Git, Copado, or Gearset.
Maintain proper documentation and version control for all customizations.

Business Collaboration & Support

Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to gather requirements.
Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for Salesforce users.
Train and mentor junior developers or administrators on best practices.
