This is a full-time hybrid role for a Salesperson at Boho Retreat located in Bengaluru with flexibility for some remote work. The Salesperson will be responsible for generating leads, identifying sales opportunities, giving presentations, and conducting influencer collaboration meetings. The Salesperson will also be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, negotiating contracts, and closing sales.
Qualifications
1. Sales, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
3. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
4. Experience in the hospitality or travel industry is a plus
5. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations
6. Google Sheets experience is a plus
7. Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field is preferred.

As our salesperson, you will be crucial in tracking and responding to guest inquiries, ensuring that each lead receives exceptional attention and service.
Your main responsibilities will include:
1. Lead Management: Track and organize guest inquiries received through various social media platforms, including OTAs such as Airbnb, MakeMyTrip, Agoda, Booking.com, etc.
2. Guest Communication: Cater to each lead promptly and professionally through phone calls, WhatsApp, or messaging services, making sure that their questions are taken care of effectively.
3. Sales Excellence: Strive to achieve top sales performance for the company by effectively converting inquiries into bookings and providing a seamless booking experience for our guests.
4. Reporting: Provide regular reports on lead tracking and conversion rates to the General Manager to assess your performance and the overall sales performance.
5. Learning and Development: During the probationary period, you will be required to come into the office one day a week to enhance your understanding of the job role and receive training from the team.
