Job Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for a Salesperson at E-Sily. The person must be dedicated and passionate towards the work, rest all the training and teachings will be given by the team the candidate will have full support in making them earn money.

Maintain a deep understanding of the products or services offered by the company.

Explain the features, benefits, and advantages of the product to customers, ensuring they understand how it meets their needs.

Stay informed about product updates, changes, and industry trends to provide the most up-to-date information to customers.

Sales Process:

Conduct sales presentations or demonstrations to showcase product features and benefits.

Negotiate prices, terms, and other sales conditions with customers to close deals.

Process orders, handle payments, and ensure timely delivery of products or services to customers.

Lead Generation and Prospecting:

Identify potential customers through various channels, including referrals, cold calling, social media, networking, and attending events.

Qualify leads to determine their interest and suitability for the company’s offerings.

Build and maintain a pipeline of sales opportunities, tracking progress and following up with leads.

Relationship Building and Customer Retention:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Follow up with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and address any issues or concerns.

Provide excellent after-sales service, including product support, troubleshooting, and addressing customer feedback.

Sales Targets and Reporting:

Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas set by the company or management.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and progress toward sales goals.

Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, including the number of calls made, meetings held, and sales closed.
