Minimum Qualification

experimental condensed matter physics or material science, or Ph.D. in these
areas, with at least three publications in peer-reviewed reputed journals. The
candidate should have expertise in growth of single crystals of different
materials including oxides; capability to characterize the prepared samples
using single crystal X-ray diffraction and transmission electron microscopy,
ability for reliably preparing high-quality single crystals independently.
Preference may be given to candidates having experience using synchrotron based
x-ray characterisation techniques. The candidate will be expected to work in
collaboration with university user community / in house faculty.
Pay Band and Grade
Pay : Rs.15600-39100 with GP of Rs.6600.

etc. The candidate will be expected to work closely with the universities and
in-house experimental groups.
