Job Description
• Research on clients and industry
• Competitor mapping list creation and building relevant connects
• Candidate Management via initial calls and shortlisting
• Tracker management and update for all roles
• Preparation of weekly and monthly MIS reports
• Providing timely trends, intelligence and guide search direction.
• Graduate (any degree) with maximum 1 year experience with Sales / Customer
Support / Research / Mapping / Recruitment / Headhunting
• Proficient in use of MS Software, specifically Excel with expert skills in the building
and co-relation of Excel spreadsheets required
• Proven track record of working on very large and multiple database
• Problem solving & insightful analysis capability – ability to provide strategic inputs
• Ability to identify emerging trends
• Strong facilitation, conflict resolution, and investigative skills.
