Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

1. Surveillance & Monitoring

2. Access Control & Visitor Management

Verify identification of employees, visitors, and contractors before granting access.
Maintain a log of people entering and leaving the premises.
Ensure only authorized personnel enter restricted areas.

3. Emergency Response & Incident Handling

Act quickly in case of alarms, disturbances, or emergencies.
Respond to fire alarms, medical emergencies, or security breaches.
Call police, fire departments, or medical services when needed.

4. Theft & Crime Prevention

Prevent theft, vandalism, and trespassing on the premises.
Conduct security checks on employees and visitors if required.
Report suspicious activities, violations, or hazards to management.

5. Report Writing & Documentation

Maintain daily reports of security activities and incidents.
Write detailed reports in case of security breaches, theft, or accidents.
Provide recommendations for improving security measures.
