Security Officer
Job Description
The Security Officer ensures the safety and security of people, property, and assets within their assigned area. This role involves monitoring premises, responding to incidents, enforcing safety policies, and providing excellent customer service to staff and visitors.
Responsibilities:
Implement and enforce security policies and procedures
Handle and supervise security guards on duty
Recruit and train security officers and guards
Manage day-to-day security operations effectively
Ensure the security team operates efficiently and follows protocols
Handling of guards
Ground day / night checking as per company schedule.
Interaction with clients
Crisis handling
Recruitment of Guards
Impart training to guards
Checking of site documents
Daily feedback of allotted sites.
