Job Description
KrispCall is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant with a Semi CA or CFA qualification to join our team remotely. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong foundation in accounting, financial management, and reporting. The selected candidate will play a critical role in ensuring accurate financial records, compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing key insights to support the company’s strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:Oversee and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger entries, accounts receivable/payable, and reconciliations.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with relevant accounting standards.
Manage budgeting and forecasting processes, providing variance analysis and actionable insights to stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations and statutory filings, including GST, TDS, and income tax.
Assist in developing and implementing internal financial controls and processes.
Provide detailed financial analysis and support for strategic decision-making.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial planning and reporting.
Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies during audits and compliance reviews.
Semi CA (CA Intermediate) or CFA Level I cleared is mandatory.
Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in accounting and financial management.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or Zoho Books) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Strong understanding of Indian accounting standards, GST, and income tax regulations.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with internal and external stakeholders effectively.
Ability to work independently in a remote setup and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
