Job Title: Senior AR Caller
Experience: 5 to 8 years
Shift Timings: 4:30 PM to 1:30 AM IST
Mode of Work: Work From Office
Work Location: Chennai - Valasaravakkam
Role and responsibilities:
- Candidates should have experience in AR Calling, denial management, Web Portals, and Denial Claims!
- Follow up with the payer to check on the claim status.
- Analyze claims in case of rejections.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve billing issues professionally and efficiently.
- Follow up on unpaid or denied claims, resubmitting claims as necessary, and appealing claim denials when appropriate.
