Job Title: Senior Customer Care Executive/ Customer Care Executive
Job Description:
We are looking for candidates, experienced in cold calling. We have vacancies for candidate comfortable in working UK shift. The candidate should have a flawless English communication and passionate about achieving the targets. Currently we are into UK White Good Warranty & UK Boiler Warranty.
Key Responsibilities:
- The candidate will be responsible for initiating outbound calls to perspective leads and making effective communication to present our services.
- The candidate should have in-depth knowledge of our services to explain the customers.
- The candidate is expected to deliver a compelling sales pitch to the hesitant leads and maintain customer relationship.
- The candidate should work in a team and come-up with ideas to achieve company’s sales target.
- We expect candidates to transfer the leads to Team Leaders to close the sales.
Requirements:
- Fresher’s are welcome, provided they have excellent communication skills in English.
- Previous experience in cold calling will b a goodie point.
- Experience: 0-6 months or 1 year (preferred)
- Education: Diploma/12th (preferred)
Shift timing:
- Monday to Friday: 01:30 PM to 09:30 PM
- Alternate Saturday: 01:30 PM to 06:30 PM
