As a Senior Educational Counsellor at YES Germany, you will play a pivotal role in providing expert guidance to students, driving sales, and ensuring a smooth transition from inquiry to enrolment. You will serve as the primary point of contact for prospective students, helping them navigate their higher education journey by selecting the right university and preparing the necessary documentation for visa applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive guidance to students on their higher education, helping them make informed decisions based on academic background and career goals.
- Actively guiding the students through the enrollment process and ensuring our services are their top choice for studying abroad.
- Convert student inquiries into enrollments, delivering outstanding customer service and support throughout the sales process.
- Assist students in gathering necessary documents, completing application forms, and preparing financial paperwork for admissions and visa applications.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and educational institutions, enhancing YES Germany’s reputation and market visibility.
Key Qualifications:
- Preferred experience in student counseling, admissions counseling, or sales roles within the education sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish strong connections with students and colleagues.
- Knowledge of the higher education system, particularly in study abroad programs.
