Position: Senior Executive Communications and fundraising

Sshrishti Trust an organisation with a mission to Educate, Empower and Equalise is seeking a target-oriented candidate to lead their communication and fundraising activities. In this role, you will use your expert research and communication skills to enhance the brand and increase donor engagement through attractive publications and personalized communications. You must be skilled in writing proposals and reports to generate new funding and keep regular donors satisfied. To enhance brand visibility, you would have to develop communication materials like Annual Reports, Newsletters, and brochures. Designing and developing content for the publications will be essential skills. The ideal candidate must be motivated, and professional, with the ability to improve the social media presence of the organization and increase its visibility by using digital tools like SEO. We are looking for someone who believes in Sshrishti Trust’s mission and will demonstrate an exceptional drive to further our existing fundraising efforts and ensure the sustainability and growth of the organization.
High degree of commitment and work ethics are needed to succeed in the role and grow in the organisation.
Objective of this Role
· Promote awareness of the organization’s mission and work, using a variety of media channels.
· Cultivate a network of dedicated donors through effective communication.
· Manage social media to increase the visibility of the organisation and increase fund flow.
· Assist in all areas involving fundraising.
· Create eye-catching publications, videos, blogs etc to strengthen communications with all stake holders.
Job Responsibilities
Ø Increase visibility and brand promotion of the organisation using online and offline platforms.
Ø Research and impactful development of proposals for raising funds within the targeted time frame.
Ø Ensure timely and data-driven reports to the donors as and when necessary.
Ø Assist in brainstorming with other team members, to strategies and executing successful campaigns and events to enhance the brand and raise funds.
Ø Leverage technology and social media where possible to improve fundraising activities
Ø Create marketing materials, like flyers and brochures, to be used for the promotion of events and other fundraising pushes
Ø Maintain complete and orderly records of donors and manage regular donor communications
Ø Build upon existing donor relationships and form new donor relationships on a regular basis
Ø Collaborate with other organizations and groups within the civil society to build partnerships and enhance the visibility and reach of the organization.
Ø Research individuals, corporations, and foundations that may be interested in gift-giving
Ø Effectively convey the organization’s mission, vision, and programs to potential donors
Essential Qualifications:
· Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
· At least five years of experience in a similar position with three years in a civil society organisation.
· Good academic background with Master’s degree in communications, public relations, or a related field
· Competence in Microsoft Office suite and donor management systems
· Ability to communicate in excellent spoken and written English and Hindi
· Experience in writing impactful grant proposals.
· Digital marketing skills.
· . Ability to lead the team with a Strong sense of commitment to achieve the fundraising target.
· . Ability to commute and take on need-based travel to project sites across India.
Remuneration: 8 lakhs to 10 lakhs
