Financial/Output Related: Achieves Targeted GWP Achieves Targeted Portfolio Mix Achieves Profitability % Customer/Product/Market related activities (Internal / External) Acquires new clients.

Retains existing clients Focusses on cross selling activities.

Generates Client Testimonials. Manages client expectations & satisfaction.

Gathers and disseminates Market Intelligence.

Develops and Manages Alternate Channels Process/Technical related activities Manages Interdepartmental process-coordination.

Adheres to Internal processes, TATs, Compliance requirements. Introduces and implements process aimed at Customer-servicing.

Assists others in implementing processes that add value to HDFC ERGO & its customers. Keeps abreast of changing internal processes and adapting to the same. People/Leadership/Teamwork/Corporate Citizenship related activities Sets Directions and maintains morale of the team.

Trains team-members on product, processes, day-to-day activities.

Collaborates effectively with team members and others.

Ensures people productivity. Ensures attendance of team members at training sessions.

Shares relevant knowledge and information with team members.

Coaches and develops team members to meet their career aspirations.

Utilizes delegation as a developmental tool.
