Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Senior Graphic Designer

Develop and execute visually compelling designs for websites, social media, email campaigns, display ads, and other digital marketing materials.
Lead and mentor junior designers, providing guidance, feedback, and ensuring design consistency.
Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and implement design strategies that align with business goals.
Create and refine brand identity elements, ensuring brand consistency across all digital platforms.
Design engaging motion graphics and animations for digital campaigns (if applicable).
Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to improve creative output.
Work closely with content creators, developers, and marketing strategists to enhance user experience and engagement.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards.
Optimize images and graphics for web performance without compromising quality.
Maintain organized design files and documentation for future reference.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably within the digital marketing industry.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, XD) and other design tools.
Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
Experience in UI/UX design and familiarity with Figma, Sketch, or similar tools is a plus.
Ability to create motion graphics and video editing experience is advantageous.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to take creative direction and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
Understanding of marketing principles and how design impacts digital performance.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in designing for paid media campaigns, social media advertising, and email marketing.
Knowledge of HTML/CSS for web design collaboration.
Familiarity with A/B testing and data-driven design improvements.
Experience in branding and rebranding projects.
