Job Description

Client Consultation: Assess client needs and provide tailored insurance solutions across various products, including life, health, property, and casualty insurance.
Relationship Management: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Sales Management: Oversee the sales activities of the insurance team, setting performance targets and providing guidance to achieve business objectives.
Policy Review: Analyze existing policies and recommend adjustments or upgrades to optimize coverage and savings for clients.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and competitor offerings to provide clients with the most relevant advice.
Team Leadership: Mentor and support junior advisors, sharing knowledge and best practices to foster a collaborative team environment.
Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for growth, participate in marketing initiatives, and contribute to business development efforts.
Compliance: Ensure all insurance practices comply with legal and regulatory standards, and uphold the highest ethical standards in all interactions.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred.
Experience: 3-5 years of experience in insurance sales or advisory roles, with a proven track record of success in managing sales teams.
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in insurance software and CRM tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
